If campers register by 5/10, they will receive a camp t-shirt and a basketball! If they register after or pay at the door they may not receive a shirt or ball unless we have extra. Athletes need to bring water bottle, basketball shoes and wear athletic clothing.

Parental Consent of Treatment: My child is physically fit to participate in an active physical program. Jenks Public Schools has unconditional authority to render first aid and refer for diagnosis any injuries occurring. JPS shall not be held responsible for any consequences resulting from such illness/injury/first aid/treatment.
